Returns

Due to the nature of our products and the risk of contamination, we do not accept returns on oils under any circumstances. However, if you wish to return other products such as packaging, please contact us at agnes@safiamani.com with your order number and your reason for return and someone will be in touch.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please photograph the packaging and the contents. Then email agnes@safiamani.com with your order number and attach pictures. We will advise on a case per case basis.  In some instances, we may ask you to dispose of an item/s on our behalf. If we do, we will refund or replace whichever your preferred. However, in some circumstances, we may ask you to return the damaged item for inspection. If an item is visibly damaged and we ask for it back, we will pay return shipping.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment).
